From having started manufacturing small Spur and Helical gears, it has come a long way and Specializes in Design, Development and manufacturing of all Kinds of Gears and Gearboxes for various applications.
Installed at Rajratna Gears are precision Gear Generators Viper 500 ( Internal amd external profile generation) Gear Grinding machines, Single Flank Gear testers, Roll Testers to Produce small and large diameter Gear Quality is our main focus at Rajratna Gears and care is taken at every stage of Manufacturing and every effort is made to deliver every Gear manufactured with almost precision (DIN, JIS, News JIS, ISO, AGMA, GB/T etc.) and within the stipulated delivery period.
Quantity is not a criteria for manufacturing gears and we can undertake manufacturing small as well as company it’s staff and work force of 15 people are committed to providing the best quality products and consistently meeting customers requirement by effective implementation of quality management system and achieve full customers satisfaction through continues improvements and up gradation & innovation of all processes and resourcesarge quantities
